Description

Haus Gerlinde is idyllically situated in Mauternbach, a district of Mautern an der Donau, and presents itself as a small, family-run guest house in the picturesque heart of the Wachau.

The guest house offers three lovingly furnished double rooms, which can be extended as required - ideal for couples or small families. Each room has its own shower/WC, satellite TV, WLAN and direct access to the garden or courtyard.

A hearty breakfast is included in the room rate. Regional products are served, including homemade apricot jam and apricot brandy made from the farm's own fruit. A relaxed start to the day with a view of the well-tended garden rounds off the experience.

The house is in a quiet location and at the same time conveniently located - perfectly connected for excursions to Krems, Mautern and the Wachau, also by bike via the Danube cycle path, which runs right past the guest house. Free parking spaces in the courtyard and a bicycle storage room are available.
