The winter-proof wooden house (gas central heating) is located on a former farm, in a quiet location surrounded by old trees. Covered veranda/terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. Wind-protected pavilion and swimming pond with jetty on the grounds. The nearest shops, petrol station, pharmacy and outdoor swimming pool are in Hennstedt, approx. 2.5 km away. The district town of Heide with train station is approx. 10 km away, North Sea/bathing beach approx. 25 km away.
