This apartment offers access to a shared outdoor area with a garden and a playground. The property is situated in a very quiet new residential area dating back to the 80s, which is full of lush greenery. Recommended highlights and destinations include Meldorf with its cathedral (approx. 5 km from the apartment), Albersdorf Stone Age Park (approx. 10 km), Speicherkoog (approx. 12 km), and Büsum (approx. 30 km). 2 parking spaces are available on the property, and free parking is available on the street. Families with children are welcome. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed (for a fee). Smoking and celebrating events are not allowed. This property features a convenient self-check-in system. Eine sehr saubere voll eingerichtete Wohnung mit Waschmaschine und Trockner moderne Dusche, WC Gartenbereich sehr schön und ruhig. Zentral gelegen für Ausfluge nach Büsum, Heide etc...Einkaufen vor Ort 3 Km alles da Aldi,REWE, LIDL,Netto dm.....

Küche, Schlafzimmer baugedingt relativ dunkel. Beleuchtung müsste durch hellere Lampen verbessert werden. Es fehlt ein Radio, CD-Spieler.

Da es sich um eine Souterrainwohnung handelt, sind die Schlafzimmer eben etwas dunkel. Außerdem richt es im Flur relativ stark nach Heizöl.
