A holiday at the Kirchmaier Farm means relaxation surrounded by nature in the idyllic Chiemgau region, with direct views of Lake Chiemsee and the mountains. Our farm offers 16 new luxury holiday apartments and six double rooms, a wellness area with three saunas, a steam bath, a relaxation room and an outdoor pool, as well as a cosy farm café.
Environment description
On the vast shores of Lake Chiemsee, every connoisseur will find a suitable, quiet spot to relax, swim and sunbathe. And there is plenty of space for sports in or on the water, such as swimming, sailing, surfing, rowing, stand-up paddling or even beach volleyball.
The nearby Chiemgau and Berchtesgaden Alps with their popular mountains invite you to enjoy sporting excursions. Whether it's a leisurely hike through the alpine pastures, a challenging mountain tour, mountain biking or hang gliding: there are countless ways to experience the beauty of our mountain world. And thanks to the numerous mountain railways, there are no limits to the summit experience, even for children or those who are not particularly fit.
Numerous castles and museums in Chiemgau bear witness to a rich cultural past and present. They offer an insight into the world of earlier times and fascinate their visitors with exciting discoveries and stories.
There is much to discover between Rosenheim and Salzburg. For our guests at the Kirchmaier holiday farm, we have therefore put together some excursion tips for destinations in the region that we find particularly beautiful and worth seeing.
About the host
A warm welcome to all those seeking relaxation here in beautiful Chiemgau! We, the Kirchmaier family, welcome you to our holiday farm right on the shores of picturesque Lake Chiemsee. For many years, holidaymakers have been spending the best time of the year with us in Schützing. A holiday at the Kirchmaier farm means relaxation in the heart of the idyllic Chiemgau countryside with a direct view of Lake Chiemsee and the mountains. At the same time, our farm is a family-run agricultural business that offers our younger holiday guests in particular plenty of adventures on the farm and with the various animals.

The prices quoted do not include the visitor's tax of EUR 1.00 per
person/night for persons aged 16 and over. Children aged
6 to 16: EUR 0.50. Children
under 6: EUR 0.00.
We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance, as we charge a cancellation fee of 90% if a cancelled booking cannot be rebooked. A processing fee of EUR 100 applies in the event of a rebooking.
We offer a bread roll service on request. A laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer is available in the house.
Our non-smoking holiday flats are all allergy-friendly, so pets are not allowed!
Arrival Description
The Kirchmaier holiday farm is located in Schützing on the eastern shore of Lake Chiemsee, between the well-known holiday resorts of Seebruck and Chieming. From the A8 motorway, take the Grabenstätt exit towards Chieming and continue straight ahead.
From Chieming, head towards the Chieming district of Stöttham. We wish you a pleasant journey and look forward to welcoming you.
