Wir freuen uns, dass wir euch eine weitere Ferienwohnung für bis zu 5 Personen am Chiemsee anbieten können. 

Große offene, gemütliche Wohn-Küche mit Kamin und Weitblick. Induktionsküche mit Küchenblock, die FeWo ist stilvoll und charmant neu eingerichtet. Zudem mit Balkon und Outdoor-Fläche.

Zwei Schlafzimmern, ein Wohn-Schlaf-Zimmer, Bad mit Dusche und WC, Wirtschaftsraum mit Waschmaschine.

Die Küche ist vollständig ausgestattet: Block mit Induktionsherd, Backofen, Spülmaschine, großer Kühlschrank mit Gefriermöglichkeit. Kaffeemaschine und Wasserkocher.

CHIEMSEE LIVING you book the whole house! It consists of two cozy, spacious vacation apartments, one with 140sqm and one with 125sqm for up to 6 people each. The perfect place if you want to go on vacation together with individual retreat space.
The slightly larger apartment has two bedrooms (new box-spring bed, two single beds) plus a bedroom-living room with a new comfortable sofa bed (2 persons), a large kitchen with luxurious equipment and a cozy dining area. The
sunny terrace (30sqm) with cozy patio furniture invites you to read,
relax and eat outside. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, shower and WC. A separate WC is also available.
 The slightly smaller apartment is located on the 1st floor and has a large, open
open, cozy kitchen-living room with fireplace and far-reaching views, which offers enough space for all guests. On the 1st floor there are two bedrooms, a living room/bedroom and bathroom with shower and WC. The
kitchen is fully equipped: Block with induction hob, oven,
dishwasher, large fridge with freezer. Coffee machine
and electric kettle.
The apartment is stylishly and charmingly furnished.
It also offers a cozy balcony facing south and additional outdoor space on the ground floor. There is also a utility room with washing machine. The apartment on the 1st floor has underfloor heating and real wood parquet flooring in some rooms.
The house also has a garage plus carport including an electric charging station.

Ideal starting point for wonderful excursions into nature, the mountains (with hiking boots, bike, skis, sled or snowboard), to Salzburg or Munich. The Fraueninsel and Herreninsel are always worth a trip.

Arrival Description

On the A8 between Munich and Salzburg: exit Grabenstätt. You will reach Chieming after 7km, follow the main road, past the gas station, then turn right into Max-Kurz-Straße, straight on Pfaffinger Straße until you turn right into Mühlenweg. Your vacation home Mühlenweg 6 is on the left side.
