It is suitable for 4 persons (2 of them on a sofa bed). The open-plan living room is combined with the dining area. The double bed is in a separate bedroom. There is a sofa bed in the living room, which can be occupied by a maximum of two people (sleeping area 208x134 cm) and the bathroom is equipped with a shower and WC. On the balcony you have a marvellous mountain view as well as a view of Berchtesgaden.

Die Schlafmöglichkeiten umfassen ein Wohnzimmer mit einem Sofa, ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett sowie ein kleines Zimmer mit einem Etagenbett für Kinder (das Kinderzimmer ist nicht beheizbar). Description
The holiday flats in Berchtesgaden are beautifully and lovingly furnished. They can accommodate 4 people. There is parking for cars about 150 metres downhill from the flat. For loading and unloading, it is permitted to drive directly to the main entrance, whereby a height difference of approx. 15-20 metres must be overcome between the car park and the house entrance. Use of the in-house swimming pool is free of charge, subject to availability. Enjoy relaxing in the swimming pool with large windows offering a view of the Watzmann and the surrounding mountains. You will find the opening times advertised on site. It may happen that the swimming pool is temporarily closed, for example due to measures such as Corona. Guests can use the coin-operated washing machines and tumble dryer in the house. A lockable bicycle and ski room is available.

Die Wohnungen liegen in einem größernen Haus, indem sich ein beheizter Innenpool mit Bergblick befindet. Nicht weit entfernt haben Sie Einkaufmöglchkeiten (Bäckerei, Cafe, Lebensmittelhandel). Eine Bushaltestelle ist gleich unterhalb an der Straße zu finden.
