The holiday apartment (30m² + 6,5m²balcony) was renovated in 2016 and is modern, bright and friendly furnished. The spacious living/sleeping room has a fold-away bed with 2 separate reclining areas of 80x200 and a sofa bed with a reclining area of 90x200. In the 3 wardrobes you will find enough space for your clothes. The practical desk with a swing-out undertable offers enough space for computers and writing. The modern flat screen (cable TV) can be moved into the desired position by means of a swivel arm, for the connection of a computer an HDMI cable is available. W-Lan is at your disposal free of charge. Lamella curtains serve as privacy protection, the external roller shutters keep the apartment cool on hot days. The open kitchen is equipped with modern appliances (refrigerator, dishwasher, ceramic hob, microwave with grill function, coffee machine, kettle, toaster). The bathroom is equipped with a shower, WC, washstand and tall cupboard, a hair dryer is also available. On the southwest balcony a table and armchair set and deck chairs invite you to linger. An awning serves as sun protection. The apartment is also suitable for "temporary living".
