In the heart of Reit im Winkl, near the tourist information and the Zirbelstube, you will find our Haus Neumaier. Our comfortably furnished holiday flat will leave hardly anything to be desired. The extensive equipment includes TV, telephone, free W-Lan and a fully equipped kitchenette with a large dining table. Do you like to have breakfast in the fresh air? - Then simply set your table on the balcony in front of the living room door. You can get the fresh bread right in the house. In summer, a wonderful sun terrace invites you to linger. In winter you have the ski kindergarten on your doorstep. Your advantage as our guest: We are a partner rental company/business of the Reit im Winkl Swimming Card. This gives you the opportunity to receive additional free services in addition to our own services, such as free admission to the Reit im Winkl outdoor pool and the Kössen forest swimming pool. We are also a partner rental company/operator of the Benzeck ski lifts. This means that, in addition to our own services, you can enjoy other free services such as free travel on the Benzeck lifts in winter (EUR1.00 contribution towards costs). Reit im Winkl climatic health resort According to Wikipedia, the title "climatic health resort" is awarded to "places whose air and climate, according to an expert opinion, have properties that are conducive to recreation and health. Reit im Winkl was designated a climatic health resort in 1956 and since then has repeatedly met the requirements for the certificate by making efforts. For one thing, the altitude ensures that the summer heat remains moderate and the nights pleasantly cool. The village is surrounded by extensive mountain forests of the Chiemgau Alps and belongs to the "Bavarian Alps" climate district. The weather character is decisively determined by the conditions, i.e. by the influence of the mountain ranges and the valley incisions on the weather pattern. Arrival Description

Coming from the Bernau motorway in the direction of Reit im Winkl, drive past the Tourist Information. Then turn right into the street "am Hauchen", follow this street for about 100m. Our guesthouse is on the right hand side.
