Description

This beautiful, old half-timbered house is located in the center of the Kneipp spa town of Olsberg. This charming accommodation on 2 floors consists of an open-plan living/dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 guest WCs. It can accommodate 8 people and 2 small children. Facilities include high-speed WiFi (suitable for video calls), a TV and a selection of children's books and toys. A crib and a baby bed and 2 high chairs can also be provided. This vacation home also offers a private outdoor area with a garden, an open terrace and barbecue facilities. A gas cylinder for the barbecue is not provided, but is available from the nearby DIY store. In the area there are cafés, restaurants, shopping facilities, the AquaOlsberg swimming pool (Sauerlandtherme), spa park and reservoir, hiking trails, a bus stop, a train station and a charging station for electric vehicles. A parking lot is available on the property, further free parking is available nearby. Families with children are welcome. Pets, smoking and events are not permitted. A SauerlandCard is included in your stay. After booking, please complete the Holidu contact form that will be emailed to you and include your address. This will help the hosts to prepare your stay in the best possible way.

Please note that the prices do not include the visitors´ tax. Should a visitors´ tax be required at the place where you are staying it is payable on arrival.

Conditions/extras

Mit Buchung wird eine Anzahlung in Höhe von 90% des Reisepreises fällig. Eine Stornierung ist bis 14 Tage vor der Anreise kostenfrei möglich, spätere Stornierungen werden mit 90% des Reisepreises berechnet.
Wir behalten uns vor, eine Kaution in Höhe von 500,-€ zu erheben.

Arrival is possible from 16:00, departure until 10:00. Please contact us well in advance of your arrival to discuss access to the house. Please complete the Holidu check-in form that was sent to you via email, including your address. This helps the host to optimally prepare for your stay.
