The "Dicke Pötte Tour" on the Weser with the excursion ship MS "Geestemünde" takes you along Bremerhaven's harbour facilities to the seal banks on the border with the North Sea.
For about two hours, you will go on board the MS "Geestemünde", the passenger ship equipped with two decks, to the place where the salt water of the North Sea mixes with the fresh water of the Weser. The departure point is in the New Harbour - west side, so passengers also have the pleasure of experiencing a lock. Then it's past the new Kaiserschleuse lock, along Europe's longest river quay with the container terminal and into the Wadden Sea off Land Wursten. Depending on the weather and the tide, the seal banks can also be visited. On the way back, passengers can take a look at the Weser islands Langlütjen 1 and 2 from the railing.

Important additional information
- Maximum number of participants: 150
- Boarding 30 minutes before departure.
- There is a bistro on board, so it is not possible to bring food and drinks.
- Free choice of seats, no seating entitlement.
- The MS "Geestemünde" is a barrier-free ship in the area of the main deck. Access with a wheelchair and rollator is possible.
- Tickets are generally excluded from exchange and return.
- The travel conditions of the organizer apply.
