How does it actually feel to leave your old home and set off for a new life? In the German Emigration Center you will embark on a journey through time and get to know the exciting family stories of emigrants since the 17th century. In the "family research" you can also search for your own emigrated ancestors. After the tour you can relax in the restaurant "Speisesaal" with a view of the historic harbor.
