Cancellation policy

Free cancellation or changes to the booking up to eight days before the date of arrival. If the booking is cancelled or rearranged within seven days of the date of arrival, a cancellation fee of 80 per cent of the cost of the trip will be charged.

Payment policy

A 10 per cent deposit is payable at the time the contract is entered into; the balance is due four weeks before the start of the holiday.
