Description
The Löhr hotel complex, a historic building with tradition, is located in the center of Baden-Baden. The hotel is located near Augustaplatz opposite the Kongresshaus. The pedestrian zone, Lichtentaler Allee, the Kurhaus with its renowned casino are in the immediate vicinity. The world-famous Caracalla thermal baths and the Roman-Irish Friedrichsbad are just a few minutes' walk away. You can leave your car in a public parking garage next to the hotel. Our hotel consists of four buildings, which are about 10-150 meters apart. Between 2015 and 2018, the buildings were significantly modernized and renovated. Today, all rooms meet the standard of a three-star hotel. They are equipped with a shower, toilet, minibar, safe, hairdryer and satellite TV (with German, French, English, Russian, Italian and other international channels). Wi-Fi is freely available to hotel guests in all rooms and the lobby. The reception and breakfast room are located in the main building of the hotel.
Directions
By car: Baden-Baden is only a few minutes away from the north-south motorway Frankfurt-Basel (A5). If you are travelling on the A5, take the Baden-Baden exit. Keep in the direction of ‘Congress/Centrum’ (brown signs). Drive through the Michaelstunnel and take the first exit in the tunnel to ‘Congress’. Then turn left. After approx. 600 metres you will find the APCOA multi-storey car park on the right-hand side and the underground car park in front of the Congress Centre on the left-hand side. After the ‘Treff 3000’ supermarket, turn right and then immediately left into Stahlbadstraße. After 30 metres you will reach a short-term car park in front of the main entrance to our hotel.
By train: Take a taxi from the railway station to the hotel or a bus on line 201, bus stop Augustaplatz. The journey time is only approx. 10 min. Cross the road via the zebra crossing and walk approx. 100 m up the hill to reach the main building of our hotel.
By plane: Approx. 20 minutes by taxi (15 km distance) from Baden Airport. Frankfurt Airport 170 km, Stuttgart 110 km, Basel-Mulhouse Airport 170 km. We wish you a pleasant journey!
