The beautiful, comfortably furnished apartment has 55sqm and is suitable for 2 people. The modern brand kitchen is fully equipped with stove, oven, coffee machine, large fridge with separate freezer compartment (SMEG), microwave and dishwasher. In the living room there is a large corner sofa and a TV (55"). The small bedroom is separated from the living room by a glass wall. There are two single beds with a comfortable access height of 60 cm, which can be converted into a double bed if required. The bathroom has a shower and WC. Garden furniture is available on the terrace. The apartment has a separate entrance. The entire apartment has been modernized and restored in 2022, including of course "new" highly efficient mattresses. Furthermore, in 2024, investments have been made in renewable energies, energy efficiency, or low-CO2 technologies (including new insulating glass panes, a heat pump and the associated photovoltaic system (11kW). The apartment is located on the outskirts of Kressbronn, in the suburb of Gattnau. Situated next to the orchards, you can enjoy a wonderful view of the countryside. A parking lot and W-Lan are available free of charge. There are a variety of hiking and cycling trails in the surrounding area. You can safely store your bikes at the accommodation. Shopping facilities can be reached in 2 km. Lake Constance is approx. 2.5 km away and Lindau and Friedrichshafen are both approx. 10 km away.
