Located calm and in green environment in the center of Bochum. Several shop are very close, restaurants (during summer beer garden) are only some steps away. The Bergbaumuseum is right in front of the building. The center with many restaurants, bars (Bermuda Triangle) and shops can be reached within a few minutes by feet. Subway, bus and tram to cities in the neighbourhood and to the university are only 2 minutes walk away. The distance to the main station is 1,2 km, to the next freeway less than 1 km.
The planetarium and the famous Starlight Express are only 5 minutes away. Our apartment house is located directly at the park. Parking space is available. The modern, bright and up to 55qm apartments are equipped with bathroom, fully furnitured kitchen with dishwasher, coffee machine, electric kettle, mikrowave and other comfort. TV and internet are available in the apartments, too. You can stay for one day or more. The rent starts from 39,90 €. We also offer special rates for longer stays (one month or more) on request.

Directions

Getting there by car: Leave the A40 at exit 35 (Bochum-Zentrum) in the direction of B51, Hattingen, Bochum-Zentrum and continue onto Herner Strasse. Turn left into Westhoffstrasse. At the end of the street turn right into Hofsteder Strasse. You will find the house 29 on the left side.
Getting there by tram: At Bochum main railway station take the number U35 tram (Bochum Riemke Markt or Herne) and alight at the stop marked "Deutsches Bergbaumuseum" (German Mining Museum). It’s the second stop from the main station. Turn left into the Westhoffstrasse and right again into the Hofsteder Strasse. You will find the house 29 on the left side.
