An experience of a special kind offers our Steinberg Alm at 1000 m above sea level. In the middle of the beautiful hiking area, Ruhpolding - Steinberg Alm - Hochfelln - Maria Eck, easy to reach by car, our lovingly furnished, newly renovated vacation apartment awaits you with the special flair, for the most beautiful days of the year. Ideal for families, cycling and hiking enthusiasts, as various routes can be started directly from the Alm. Our own cattle, which graze during the summer on the lush meadows of our alp, are in the immediate vicinity. Next door is a good daytime restaurant. For direct bookings, via an Internet platform for the vacation period between 20.12. and 06.01., we ask you to arrange this in advance with us by email or phone. Your advantage: We are a partner company of the Chiemgau Card On your arrival you will receive the Chiemgau Card, with which you can enjoy numerous free offers in and around Ruhpolding. Among other things, you have access to mountain railways, ski lifts and adventure pools as well as various museums and guided hikes. You can also hire bikes free of charge and use public transport such as the regional buses and the Bavarian regional railway between Ruhpolding and Traunstein. The prices quoted do not include the tourist tax applicable during your stay. This is 2.90 Euro per adult (aged 16 and over) per night and 1.70 Euro per child aged 6-15 per night. No tourist tax is charged for children aged 0 - 5 years.

Arrival Description

At the entrance to the village, opposite the gas station, turn right in the direction of Maiergschwendt. 1 km straight ahead, turn right again towards Steinberg, after approx. 200 m turn right over a small bridge straight ahead up the hill and at the end turn left.
