Welcome to our family-friendly holiday apartment "om."! We are delighted to welcome you to our family-run, child-friendly holiday apartment "om.", located right in the centre of Bergen in the Chiemgau. Arrive, make yourself at home and discover everything the Chiemgau has to offer. Thanks to its central location, our apartment is the perfect starting point for a varied and relaxing stay. The 47 m² apartment comfortably accommodates 2–4 guests. It features a cosy bedroom with a 180 × 200 cm double bed, as well as a sofa bed (140 cm wide) in the living room. The modern new-build apartment combines high-quality furnishings with plenty of natural wood. Thanks to excellent insulation, underfloor heating and a decentralised ventilation system, the indoor climate remains pleasant throughout the year. Even on warm summer days, the apartment stays pleasantly cool. After an active day, the rain shower is perfect for relaxing. The fully equipped kitchen includes a portafilter coffee machine as well as a coffee filter and everything you need to make filter coffee. Free Wi-Fi, a TV with video-on-demand, and a private parking space directly at the house are also available. Thanks to self check-in, you can arrive whenever it suits you. Shops, restaurants and a playground are all within walking distance. Hiking trails start nearby, and the Hochfelln cable car is right here in Bergen. The local outdoor swimming pool is also within easy walking distance, while Lake Chiemsee can be reached by car in around 15 minutes. Chiemgau Card included With every booking, you will receive the Chiemgau Card free of charge, giving you access to numerous regional activities and attractions at no extra cost – whatever the weather. One of the highlights is a free return trip on the Hochfelln cable car, allowing you to enjoy spectacular views over the Chiemgau and the surrounding Alps. Family-friendly amenities Travelling with children? A baby cot and high chair are available free of charge on request. We also provide a selection of toys and books to help our youngest guests feel right at home. Your four-legged friend is also welcome by prior arrangement and for an additional fee. As our guests, you receive the Chiemgau Card free of charge, making your holiday even more enjoyable. A special highlight: one free return trip on the Hochfelln cable car per started week of your stay. At the top, you can enjoy breathtaking panoramic views across the Chiemgau and the Alps. In winter, there is another great bonus: one free half-day ski pass at Hochfelln per started week of your stay. The Chiemgau Card also includes many other free and discounted activities throughout the region. About the host

About us We are Anna (31), a social pedagogue, and Jonathan (35), an engineer and project manager – and we are delighted to welcome you to our home in Bergen. Our family also includes our two little girls, aged 1 and 3. So there is always a little bit of life and laughter around here – and that is exactly why families and children are especially welcome! 🧡 We built our house in 2025, with the idea from the very beginning of creating a place where people can simply feel at home. We furnished the holiday apartment with lots of love and attention to detail – just the way we like to spend our own holidays: cosy, uncomplicated and with everything you need for a relaxing break. Part of our family from Regensburg regularly stays in the apartment. When they are not visiting, we are even happier to open our doors to guests from near and far. We hope you feel just as comfortable here as we do and fall in love with Bergen and the Chiemgau just as much as we have. It’s lovely to have you here – enjoy your stay! W

Die genannten Preise sind zzgl. Kurbeitrag in Höhe von EUR 1,10 pro Person/pro Aufenthaltstag für Personen ab dem vollendeten 16. Lebensjahr. Kinder und Jugendliche ab dem vollendeten 6. Lebensjahr bis zum vollendeten 16. Lebensjahr, sowie Schwerbeschädigte deren Grad der Behinderung 100 Prozent beträgt: EUR 0,55. Kinder bis zur Vollendung des 6. Lebensjahres sind kurbeitragsfrei.

Arrival Description

By car: If you are travelling via the A8 motorway, take the Bergen exit and follow the signs towards Bergen / town centre. In Bergen, turn onto Campingstraße. Follow the road for a short distance, then turn right onto Geigelsteinstraße. Continue along Geigelsteinstraße until you reach number 6. By train: The nearest train station is Bergen (Oberbayern). From there, you can reach our apartment by bus – get off at the Stocka stop and then walk for approximately 10 minutes – or walk from the station, which takes around 20–25 minutes.
