Description

You will find our house in a quiet and sunny location at the edge of the forest in Oberschönau. The 4 vacation apartments from 2-6 persons are functionally equipped and offer you a bed-sit room with color TV, bedroom, fully equipped kitchen with cozy dining area, bath/shower and WC, as well as terrace or balcony. Sufficient parking spaces are available at the house (storage for bicycles). There is also the possibility to charge electric cars. Bread roll service on request. The central location of the house is the ideal starting point for your ventures in and around the Berchtesgaden mountains. To the Königssee it is 2.5 km, to Ramsau 5 km and to Berchtesgaden about 3 km. In a few minutes walk you can reach well-kept restaurants, bakery and cafe, grocery stores and butcher, bus stop and doctor. Nearby you will find the graduation house, open-air swimming pool, health resort house, pharmacy and the Haus des Gastes. Prices by arrangement. Offers in the early and late season. WLAN is available for our guests free of charge.

The above prices are plus spa tax of € 3.10 for adults, € 1.55 for children/youth from 7 to 16 years of age and € 0.00 for children from 0 - 6 years per person and day of stay. (subject to change)

Arrival Description

Arrival by car From the direction of Munich and Innsbruck, the freeway exit Bad Reichenhall applies, from the direction of Salzburg and Vienna the exit Grödig/ Berchtesgaden (vignette obligation). It is also possible to get there via the German Alpine Road (B 305). For the journey with your car you can use a route planner. Arrival by trainFrom and to Munich, Innsbruck, Vienna and Salzburg. More info at bahn.de. Rail travelers will be picked up at the train station B'gaden or Salzburg by appointment. Arrival by planeFlughafen Salzburg approx. 20 km, Munich approx. 180 km bus/train transfers are available from both cities. Air travelers will be picked up from Salzburg airport by arrangement
