Description
We are delighted by your interest in our holiday apartment. You will be staying in a 70 m² holiday apartment in a dream location with a view of the Danube. It is modern and high-quality furnished. The apartment includes a living room, a newly equipped kitchen, a new bedroom, a bathroom with shower, a fitness room (rowing machine, cross trainer, infrared heat cabin), a terrace, a private parking space with charging station for electric cars (wallbox), Wi-Fi, electric exterior blinds.
The holiday apartment is located in the Grubweg district at the end of a cul-de-sac in a quiet area. Shops and public transport can be reached on foot in just a few minutes. Cycling and hiking trails are in the immediate vicinity. The historic old town of Passau, the Raßbach Golf Club, and a natural outdoor swimming pool are each just 5 km away.
Bed linen, towels, bathrobes and a hairdryer are provided.
Pets are allowed for a fee of €10/day.
Conditions/extras
Cancellations up to 14 days before arrival are free of charge. Cancellations between 14 and 7 days before arrival will be charged 50% of the total cost. Cancellations within 7 days before arrival will be charged 100% of the total cost.
