With a warm "Grüß Gott" we welcome you to our house. Vacation apartments and comfortable rooms with shower/bath and toilet, balcony and partly satellite TV offer peace and relaxation in every season. We offer exclusively non-smoking rooms and non-smoking holiday apartments, but a large, separate lounge is available for smoking guests. The popular guided hikes start across the street from the Haus des Gastes. Our newly built outdoor swimming pool as well as the bus stop "Gasthaus Unterstein" can be reached comfortably in three minutes. From now on you can use free bus rides with the spa card throughout Berchtesgaden. For guests of vacation apartments the best shopping facilities are available. In short, you can leave your car on our own parking lots for the whole vacation. The hiking trails to Königssee and Berchtesgaden start directly at the house. You can easily reach the artificial ice toboggan run or the historic market of Berchtesgaden. Enjoy the dreamlike idyll of the alpine national park Berchtesgaden. We would be pleased to welcome you in our house as guests.

Arrival Description

You drive from the A8 Munich direction Salzburg. Take the exit Bad Reichenhall. This is the last exit before the Austrian border. (VIGNETTENPFLICHT!) From Bad Reichenhall on the B20 follow the signs to Berchtesgaden.You will pass through the towns of Bad Reichenhall, Bayerisch Gmain, Hallthurm and Bischofswiesen and finally come to the large traffic circle at the Berchtesgaden train station.From there take the exit towards Königssee, at the end of the town turn right down Untersteinerstraße. Follow Untersteinerstraße until you reach the center of Schönau am Königssee. After the church you will find the Pension Zillnhof on the left side.
