Description

The holiday flat is situated in the heart of the Chiemgau mountains in the Grenzhub holiday complex, right on the border with Tyrol. Its proximity to Lake Chiemsee (approx. 17 km), Kufstein (approx. 20 km), Innsbruck or Munich (approx. 100 km), along with a wealth of cultural activities (concerts, traditional costume events, exhibitions, etc.), sporting pursuits such as mountain biking, paragliding and hiking, and unspoilt nature, leave little to be desired. You can set off on many walks right from your front door. In winter, the family-friendly ski resort – with guaranteed snow, small lifts and well-maintained cross-country trails – is a holiday paradise. Some ski lifts are located near the flat. Local produce from the Chiemgau and Tyrol regions is available at the village shop. Free parking is available. You are welcome to bring a dog for an additional charge.

Arrival Description

By car: On the A 8 Munich-Salzburg motorway, take the Frasdorf, Aschau exit. Turn left towards Aschau and follow the road - through the village - until you reach Sachrang after approx. 12 km. Stay on the main road until you see the sign "Ferienwelt oberes Priental". There, turn left into Karspitzweg.
