Description

Our friendly, well-maintained house is sunny with a magnificent view of the surrounding mountains. You have direct access to cycling and hiking trails. The golf course is in the immediate vicinity. In winter, the cross-country ski trail passes directly by our house. Parking possibility at the house. We offer: - room with shower/WC or room with shower on the floor for single use - hairdryer, make-up mirror, alarm clock - balcony/terrace - comfortable lounge with cable TV and board games - continental breakfast - fridge, crockery, cutlery (no use of kitchen) - lockable room for bikes, skis, etc. - children's room with shower.s.w. also- Reduction for children (up to 6 y. free, 6-12 y. 50 %)- Cots, extra bed- High chair- Coloring books, pens. Your advantage: We are a partner company of the Chiemgau Card On your arrival you will receive the Chiemgau Card, with which you can enjoy numerous free offers in and around Ruhpolding. Among other things, you have access to mountain railways, ski lifts and adventure pools as well as various museums and guided hikes. You can also hire bikes free of charge and use public transport such as the regional buses and the Bavarian regional railway between Ruhpolding and Traunstein. So you can experience the region to the full and at the same time be surprised by the many free offers. We will be happy to send you further information and the detailed terms of use on request. Freeway A 8 Munich - Salzburg. Exit Traunstein. At the traffic lights in Ruhpolding turn left, past Pennymarkt, over bridge, turn right, approx. 500 m straight ahead, then left towards Zell, straight ahead. After town exit sign approx. 500 m left. Landhaus Monika - sign.
