This vacation rental features a private balcony for your evening relaxation. The accommodation is only 4 minutes walk from a supermarket and close to the property are a steakhouse, a bar, and there are also wonderful walks along the river with the Rhine. A parking space is available on the property and free parking is available on the street. A maximum of 3 pets are allowed. Smoking is not permitted in this property. Guests are required to respect the rest hours from 10 p.m. onwards. There are security cameras and/or audio recording devices on the premises. An electric vehicle charging station is available. This property has guidelines to help guests with the correct separation of waste. More information is provided on site. This property features energy-saving lighting. The electricity at this property is partly generated by photovoltaic panels. After booking, please completely fill out the Holidu contact form that will be sent to you by email, including your address. This will help the host to prepare your stay in the best possible way.
Check-in and check-out regulation
You will receive a digital code before Check-In via E-Mail or Direct Message which you can use to do a self-check-in if we are not present. You can then go ahead to your apartment which is located at the first floor exclusively. If we happen to be present, be free to ring the bell at "Tavares" and we will guide you to your apartment on the first floor.
Directions
Once you arrive at the crossing near Soolweg 16, it's the first yellow house to the left. You can park your car at the parking spot which is located between the road and the house. This parking spot is exclusive for our guests. You can also use one of the 3 public parking spots at the end of the road (50m from the house).
Differing cancellation conditions
Cancellations up to 14 days before arrival are free of charge, later cancellations will be charged with 90% of the travel price.
Tourist tax information
The prices quoted do not include tourist tax. A tourist tax of EUR 1.00 per person per night is charged in the location of the booked accommodation. This must be paid to the host.
