Ground floor flat with garden in a semi-detached house with views of the Kampenwand, Zellerhorn and Aschauer Kopf. Various restaurants and supermarket within walking distance. Car park directly in front of the house. Hiking trails and cross-country ski trail start 30 metres from the house. Bus stop for trips to the railway station, to the Chiemsee, to the valley station of the Kampenwand cable car, with its skiing and hiking area or to the mountaineering village of Sachrang, the cross-country skiing valley and skiing area - particularly suitable for children and beginners - and also for hiking and mountain walking. You are welcome to bring a dog for an extra charge.
