The flat is in a quiet location and has its own south-west facing terrace with garden furniture - perfect for enjoying the sun until the evening. The combined living room and bedroom is equipped with a double bed and a pull-out sofa bed (1.40 m wide) for a third person. A dining area, flat-screen satellite TV, free WiFi and a telephone provide comfort and entertainment. The floor is covered with easy-care laminate PVC tiles. The practical kitchenette offers a microwave, a 2-ring hob, filter coffee machine, kettle, toaster and a fridge with freezer compartment - ideal for small self-catering. The bathroom has a shower/bathtub, toilet and hairdryer. Bed linen and towels are provided. Dogs are welcome - please note that only one dog is allowed.

The Gschwendtnerhof is idyllically located in the Hintergschwendt high valley, a quiet district of the municipality of Aschau im Chiemgau, directly at the foot of the Kampenwand. Accessible by car all year round, the house offers a wonderful starting point for nature lovers and active holidaymakers. Surrounded by meadows and forests, you can enjoy a magnificent mountain backdrop and the tranquillity of nature. Lake Chiemsee - the 'Bavarian Sea' - is only about 6 kilometres away and is a popular destination for swimming enthusiasts, water sports fans and culture lovers. The holiday apartment complex was built in 1984 and comprises 26 individually designed holiday apartments. A well-kept communal garden with wooden loungers, barbecue area and open fire pit invites you to relax and socialise. In the basement, guests have access to a sauna, a coin-operated washing machine and a coin-operated dryer. There is also a storage room, a drying room with ski storage and a cosy lounge with table tennis, table football, a play area and seating. Ample parking is available. Pets are welcome - dogs are allowed in apartment App4 for an additional fee. The Gschwendtnerhof combines tranquillity, nature and comfort, making it an ideal place for a relaxing holiday in Chiemgau.

Arrival Description
A8 Munich-Salzburg, exit Frasdorf/Aschau. After 4 km, turn off in Aschau, after the river bridge, towards Bernau/Prien. After 3 km, a road branches off to the right in Außerkoy. Follow the signs for 'Gschwendtnerhof' and drive 3 km uphill until you reach the high valley of Hintergschwendt. There is a large car park in front of the house.
