Detached non-smoking holiday home with a terrace and garden, which can be used without restrictions. The house offers space for two people. On the sleeping gallery there is a seating area next to a double bed 180 x 200 cm. The ground floor impresses with its large open living room with floor-to-ceiling windows. The centre is a beautiful tiled stove with cooking oven, which is the only source of heating in the whole house. Firewood is available. Hot water is provided by a water boiler in the bathroom as well as in the kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with an electric cooker, as well as with all important cooking utensils. In the bathroom there is a large shower and a washing machine, which is available for our guests. The view from the light-flooded living room offers nature lovers a beautiful view of the mountains. In front of the house, the driveway offers enough parking space for one car. Pets are not allowed.

Holidays in the beautiful Priental, falling asleep with a view of the mountains and getting up again, that's how holidays should be. This holiday home captivates with its charm, the location and the wonderful view. The detached house has a beautiful garden, which is available for free use. The open living area with kitchen invites you to spend cosy evenings by the tiled stove. The sleeping gallery offers enough space for two people. Guests arriving by car will find enough parking space in front of the house. This property is suitable for nature lovers and mountain enthusiasts. Pets are not allowed.

Environment description

The Grenzenlos valley hiking trail in the direction of Sachrang or Aschau passes our holiday home just a few metres away. You will find many hiking tours to the surrounding mountains such as Geigelstein, Spitzstein and the Kampenwand area. The Chiemsee region can be easily cycled with an e-bike. In winter, the mountain village of Sachrang is the ideal place for cross-country skiing and with its small ski lifts for skiing beginners and children.


Kurbezirk II: The prices quoted do not include the spa tax of EUR 1.30 per person/night. For persons from 7 to 16 years of age 1,15 EUR. Children up to the age of 6 and severely disabled persons with a reduction in earning capacity of at least 80% and any accompanying person registered on the pass are exempt from the spa tax.

Arrival Description

The holiday home is located between Aschau im Chiemgau and Sachrang in the Innerwald district. Exit A8 Frasdorf in the direction of Aschau/Sachrang. At the roundabout in Aschau continue in the direction of Sachrang. After approx. 8 km turn right to Innerwald. Follow Brandlbergstraße and then turn right into Mühlhörndlweg.
