Our pension is a former stone oven bakehouse in the center of Oeventrop, close to the Ruhr Valley Cycle Path. Since 2004 we have been offering our guests cozy accommodation in the heart of the Sauerland. Whether just for one night or for several days, we look forward to being your hosts.
We have 4 double rooms, 1 single room and 3 fully furnished 55 sqm apartments, which can be occupied by 3-5 people by default.
Our two barrier-free double rooms No. 4 & 5 with shower, bath and toilet each have their own direct access to the garden and terrace via the garage entrance. Guests with disabilities can get straight from the car, barrier-free into one of the two rooms.
In the immediate vicinity, directly opposite, we also have two barrier-free 5-bed apartments.
In total, we can accommodate groups of up to 24 people.
For cyclists we offer secure, locked bicycle garages for up to 24 bikes.

Our cozy breakfast room, a large garden with a pond, stream and small waterfall, as well as a large outdoor terrace with barbecue facilities complete our offer to you. So you can really relax and unwind with us after a bike tour or a busy day.
Whether for breakfast or dinner, as master bakers, passionate cooks and butchers, we spoil our guests with high-quality products from our own production.

We obtain the ingredients and the animals from species-appropriate husbandry from selected regional farms and producers.
The evening menu can also be eaten in the house if you reserve in advance. Our guest room can accommodate up to 14 people. Here we only serve homemade products that come from species-appropriate animal husbandry and sustainable cultivation, from farms in the area that we know of. We attach great importance to high-quality food, which is why we make everything ourselves, including breakfast, from bread and jam to sausage and ham.
We run our guesthouse with a lot of heart and passion and have made our hobby, hospitality, into a profession. Spoiling our guests with a good breakfast or a successful evening meal is not a burden for us, but a daily pleasure that we are happy to fulfill. In the little free time we like to go for a stroll or visit friends. Most of our free time takes place in the house or in our beautiful garden, which is also available to our guests.
Oeventrop is located in the heart of the Sauerland in the middle of the 3 large reservoirs: Möhne, Sorpe and Hennetalsperre. These are all only about 20 minutes away by car. The large hiking area of ​​the Arnsberg Forest Nature Park is right on the doorstep and in the immediate vicinity are, for example, observation towers such as the Lörmecketurm, the Möhneturm or wildlife parks such as the Wildwald Vosswinkel and the Warstein Wildlife Park with the Bilstein caves.
Arnsberg's old town, or e.g. Soest's old town with Europe's largest city center fair for All Saints, is a popular destination for our guests.

In a short distance from the accommodation you will find numerous shops for daily needs as well as some restaurants and snack bars. We would be happy to help you on site with a few tips on local gastronomy or excursion destinations.
