Modern, spacious and bright, 3.5 room holiday apartment in 3rd floor of a small building at the south side of mountain resort Andermatt. Ideal for skiing, freeriding, skitouring, cycling, mountainbiking and hiking. It is very close to the Gemsstock cable car up to 3000 m, the cross country runs, and the Gütsch Mountain Railway, both within walking distance. The apartment has a beautiful view in the direction of the Winterhorn mountain and the Ursern valley. Village centre is 5 - 10 minutes walking distance. Apartment nett 70 m2, south balcony of 10 m2 and reserved outer parking place.

Description

Family friendly holiday apartment, ideal for skiing, ski tours, freeride, cross country and snowshoe. In summer it is a favourite place for its beautiful mountain area good for hiking, mountain biking and cycling. Classification of Swiss Tourist Association: 3 stars superior.

Modern looking apartment with high standard of finishing offers:

The apartment is large, light and bright approx. 70 m2 net living space with fashionable modern looking furnishing. Each bed room has its own large cupboard.

The kitchen is equipped with induction 4 plate stove, dishwasher, large fridge, heated air oven, micro oven, filter coffee-machine, Nespresso Pixie, etc. Furthermore: HDTV set, Sunrise cable connection, Wifi and internet, radio/stereo/CD, elevator and reserved outside parking space. Equipment such as skis and bicycles are to be stored in cellur, entry with key only. Use of washing machine and tumbler only on request.

Conditions/extras

Lease agreement follows Swiss Tourist Union model or online via Andermatt Urserntal Tourismus (AUT), www.andermatt.ch . For prices please see AUT website www.andermatt.ch. Bedding, bedclothes, final cleaning, tourist taxes and all other additional costs are included. Kitchen and bath linen/towels are made available as well. Check-in after 16:00 hours, check-out until 10:00 hours. Minimal stay in high season 7 nights, low season 3 nights. Changes are possible on request.
