Did you know? At one time, the village of Andermatt was to be submerged in a reservoir. Fortunately, the people of the Ursern valley successfully resisted these plans. Nevertheless, Andermatt has been consistently relying on renewable energies for 120 years. The wind park, many small hydroelectric power stations and the district heating from Göschenen are the best proofs of this. The exciting tour includes a visit to the transfer station at The Hotel Chedi or the Radisson Blu Hotel Reussen. Since this summer, it is also possible to visit the control center of the Ursern power plant.

Raiffeisen member offer
The Raiffeisen discount voucher for the guided tour "Energy and Environment" must be presented at the meeting point at the Tourist Information. If no voucher can be presented, the regular costs of the tour will be charged. Only one voucher can be redeemed per guided tour. Raiffeisen members must be able to prove their identity on request with their personal Raiffeisen debit or credit card or official identification.
All village tours can be customised flexibly and easily to meet the wishes and expectations of the guests. A tour can also be made shorter or longer, or even combined with an aperitif or lunch.

Cancellation policy
For cancellations made more than 48 hours before the start of the tour, a handling fee of CHF 40.00 per tour will be charged. For cancellations less than 48 hours before the start of the tour, the total price of the booking will be charged.
Payment policy
The total payment of the reservation is required at the time of booking.
