Single-family house in sunny, quiet location on the outskirts of the village with beautiful panoramic views of the Berchtesgaden and Chiemgau Alps. Central location for many excursion destinations such as Salzburg, Berchtesgaden, Königssee, Chiemsee, Burghausen, Altöttingusw. Well-known bike paths such as the Mozartradweg, Tauern-u. Bajuwarenradweg lead directly through Laufen. Our family-friendly bathing lake, called Abtsdorfer See, is only 1.5 km away from our house.

In case of occupancy with 2 persons and 2 bedrooms a surcharge of 30,00 € will be charged.As there is no smoking in the vacation apartment, it is possible to smoke on the balcony.

Arrival Description

Freeway A8 Munich/Salzburg - Exit Piding - turn left onto the B20 and continue to Laufen - in Laufen after the Klosterkurve (Tittmoninger Straße) turn left into Teisendorfer Straße - continue straight on and after the railroad underpass take the second right into Ulmenstraße - here you will find our house at the end of the street on the left. Freeway Regensburg - Passau Enter the "B 20" and drive through until Laufen. Shortly after the town sign turn right into "Lagerhausstrasse", pass the train station and then turn "right" at the railroad bridge after about 200 m the 2nd street on the right is "Ulmenstrasse". A sharp bend to the "left" and the last house on the left with the "Hausnummer 10" is your destination. A warm welcome!
