Vacation apartment with small balcony, close to numerous hiking trails. The cozy vacation apartment is located in a quiet, elevated residential area of Alpirsbach (500 m above sea level). The apartment is very spacious with 103 m² of living space. All floors are either laminate or tiled. In the living room there is a cozy couch and a large TV with satellite TV and free WLAN connection. There is also a cozy dining area for 6 people. The master bedroom has a large double bed and a spacious wardrobe, as well as a TV with satellite connection. The second bedroom has two single beds and a wardrobe. The third bedroom has a bunk bed in which two adults can sleep comfortably. There is also a small sofa. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, oven, microwave and 4-plate stove. A coffee machine, 1 espresso machine (Nespresso), a toaster and a kettle complete the equipment. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a bathtub, 2 washbasins and a WC. There is also a guest WC with washbasin. The balcony has two comfortable chairs and a small table. The apartment is also furnished with natural wood furniture. Towels and spare bed linen are available free of charge. A safe for valuables is also part of the inventory. You live here only about 50 m from the edge of the forest with many hiking trails. There are over 250 km of hiking trails around Alpirsbach. The Karlsquelle nature reserve is a 10-minute walk away. The apartment is about a 10-15 minute walk from the center.

Differing cancellation conditions

The guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival. The guest will be charged 90% of the price of the reservation if they cancel in the 30 days before arrival.
