On 170 sqm living space you will find four bedrooms and two sofa beds in the living and dining room. The bedrooms are divided as follows: one with a double bed, two with a double bed each and a pull-out bunk bed, one with a double bed and a sofa bed. Another sleeping possibility in case of need can be found in the small children's playroom upstairs. For our smallest guests are two travel cots and other special equipment available. In our dream holiday home, the bed capacity is thus 15 adults and other small children. The small games room is furnished with a beanbag, games, mattresses and a children's play table. The two bathrooms each have a shower and a small bathtub. In addition, there are two more guest toilets. In the living room you can relax on three sofas, two of which are sofa beds, and listen to the crackle of the stove. Facilities include a flat screen TV, a DVD player, a radio and books. From the large panoramic window front in the living room or from the large balcony you can enjoy the view of the surrounding mountains. The kitchen impresses with the very good equipment. Of course, you will find a dishwasher, a large ceramic hob with oven, a microwave, a DeLonghi coffee machine and much more. Next to the kitchen is a laundry room with washer and dryer. Both the wireless Internet access and calls to German landlines are included in the rental price.
