The approx. 50m² apartment is located in a 2-family house, which is in a quiet yet convenient location. The granny apartment, renovated in 2025, is ideal for a vacation with up to 2 people. The bedroom can be prepared with either a double or single bed (2x 90x200). The living room has a comfortable couch, which can also be pulled out into a sleeping area (133x192) for another 1-2 people for shorter stays. The modern kitchen has a stove with ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher and a high table with bar stools as a small dining area. The bathroom has an easily accessible shower, WC and washbasin, as well as towel heating. The terrace with garden furniture is accessible via the outdoor area and invites you to relax. The entire apartment is fitted with tiles/vinyl flooring. A free parking space on the property can be provided on request. We run the apartment as a private host. The cozy apartment is part of a 2-family house with garden, quietly located in a side street you can slow down without street noise. The rural village of Tomerdingen can be reached quickly from the nearby B10, A8 or A7. The university town of Ulm, situated on the Danube, offers numerous sights. The highest church tower in the world, Ulm Minster, the crookedest hotel and, in the birthplace of Albert Einstein, the fishermen's and tanners' quarter are particularly beautiful places to stroll. But the surrounding area with the Blautopf or the Swabian Alb biosphere reserve also offers a lot for hikers and bikers.

Guests will receive a 100% refund up to 14 days before check-in. Guests will not receive a refund less than 14 days before check-in.

The stated prices do not include tourist tax. If a tourist tax is levied in the town of the booked accommodation, it must be paid on site.
