Welcome to our 70sqm apartment on the 1st floor for 1-5 people: 3 bedrooms, kitchen-living room, bathroom with tub.Covered terrace by the garden, bicycle storage, parking space in front of the house.
Children may be noisy, parents can relax, seniors can enjoy the quiet residential area, cyclists and pedelec riders can go around the Swabian Sea or explore the hinterland and in the evening "refuel" with us again energy for yourself and your e-bike (batteries can be charged in the basement).
All those who do not come to us by car or bike: The bus stop and grocery stores are within easy walking distance (500m - 700m).
