Spacious and top-floor 4½ room flat with 145 m2 gross floor area and three double bedrooms for 6 people. The flat offers a wonderful view of the Matterhorn and the mountains in general and several balconies. It is rustically furnished and has three bathrooms (1 x bathtub/WC and 2 x shower/WC) as well as a first-class kitchen with all comforts such as a glass ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, Nespresso capsule coffee machine, toaster and fondue set.
For the first day of rental, a starter set with rubbish bag, coffee capsules, soap and shampoo is provided.
There is a fireplace in the living room. You will also find a modern TV with international cable TV and DVD player.

Modern and beautiful flat house in a central, quiet and sunny location in the Steinmatte district.
The ski areas Matterhorn Paradise and Sunnegga Paradise are both about 500 metres away from the house and can be reached on foot in 10 minutes. The bus stop of the ski bus, which takes you to the lifts and the train station, is a one-minute walk away. There is a ski room with storage facilities in the house.
In the vicinity of the house there are shopping facilities, sports shops as well as restaurants. The Bahnhofstrasse in Zermatt with all its shops, restaurants and bars can be reached on foot in about 5 minutes.
There is a lift in the house.
All flats are non-smoking and pets are not allowed.
Tourist taxes are not included. Adult: CHF 4.00 per person, per night Child: CHF 2.00 per person, per night (ages 9–16)
