Description

The Boutique-Hotel Krone in Winterthur is located in a historic building in the centre of the old town. Thanks to its central location, this old town hotel is ideal as accommodation for both city travellers and business travellers. The railway station is just a few minutes' walk away and the city of Zurich is less than 20 minutes away by train. Guests can choose between five different room categories. The 39 rooms are all equipped with a box-spring bed, desk, safe, sofa, minibar, Nespresso machine, dressing room and rain shower. In the city's oldest inn, tradition is celebrated and modernised on the plates - from the popular Wiener Schnitzel to the refined market vegetable plate. In addition to quality, the kitchen teams pay attention to local and fresh ingredients, some of which come directly from the weekly market in front of the hotel. Selected wines are also served, including some from Winterthur itself. For cosy coffee breaks after a shopping tour or an aperitif before dinner, the spacious terrace is a tempting place.

Arrival (Check-in/Check-out)

Check-In from 15.00 to 22.00 / Check-Out from 06.30 to 21.00. In the case of an early arrival or a late departure, the hotel will gladly take care of your luggage.

Conditions/extras

On request a baby cot for children up to the age of is provided free of charge. Children up to the age of 12 have free accommodation in the parent´s bedding. Children´s beds/extra beds are only available upon request and only possible in designated rooms.
