A cash deposit of CHF 300.- or EUROS 300.- is to be given to the person who gives the keys.
From January 2026 onwards, cleaning fees must be paid in cash to the person who hands you the keys. These fees amount to CHF 80.00 for 1 or 2 people (ground floor) or CHF 180.00 for 3 or more people (two-storey flat).
