The 75 m² apartment accommodates up to 4 guests: one bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, plus a living room with a sofa bed. The fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, coffee machine), Wi-Fi, cable TV, washing machine, and dryer ensure a comfortable stay. Relax on the covered terrace with barbecue and garden furniture. A parking space on the property is included. The apartment is family-friendly: a high chair, playground, games, and children's books are available. Schmallenberg offers hiking trails, a ski lift, and an indoor pool. Families will find many leisure activities in the area. As a wooden house, the building provides a natural, cozy atmosphere—please note that sounds between floors may be audible, as is common in wooden houses. The hosts live in the same house. The house is accessed via stairs and is not suitable for guests with limited mobility. Pets and smoking are not permitted in the apartment.

Conditions/extras

The guest can cancel free of charge until 14 days before arrival. The guest will be charged 90% of the price of the reservation if they cancel in the 14 days before arrival. The guest will be charged a prepayment of 90% of the total price of the reservation at any time. Please note that the prices do not include the visitors’ tax. This is payable separately on arrival.
