Wi-Fi is available. The living room has a TV with both German and Dutch channels. The apartment includes its own outdoor area with a garden and a sheltered terrace (not covered). Public transport is within walking distance and can be used free of charge with the Sauerland Card, which you receive during your stay. A parking space is available on the property. Pets, smoking, and parties are not permitted.

Guests will receive a 100% refund up to 14 days before check-in. Guests will not receive a refund less than 14 days before check-in. The prices quoted do not include tourist tax. If a tourist tax is levied in the town of the booked accommodation, it must be paid on site. The host reserves the right to charge a deposit from the time of booking and will contact you separately regarding this.
