Die Ferienwohnung ist auf zwei Etagen eingerichtet. Mit seinem studioartigen Wohnraum und seinen großen Panoramafenstern wird eine wohlige Gemütlichkeit geboten. Die Wohnung ist mit Fußbodenheizung und Echtholzfußboden ausgestattet. Ein modernes Bad mit ebenerdiger Dusche, sowie die voll ausgestattete Küche bieten den Komfort, wie man ihn sich wünscht. Die Sonnenterrasse bietet die Möglichkeit, Mahlzeiten im Freien einzunehmen oder einfach mal nur in der Sonne faulenzen.

Departure please until 12.00. Arrival is possible from 15.00. The prices are plus 2 euros visitor's tax per person from 14 years and night (2.50 euros from 2024). You will receive the Schmallenberger Sauerland Card, with which you can use the following destinations and services for a small additional payment: our swimming pools, boat trips on the Sauerland lakes (seasonal), Elspe Festival, the Kinderland in the Freizeitwelt Sauerland, the Wisent Wilderness, the hiking cabs, the Hunau lift, the Schmallenberger Höhenlift and the cross-country skiing center Westfeld. Furthermore, you use the public buses, our hiking bus and the citizen bus free of charge, have free admission to our museums, the model railroad and receive other reduced admissions in the region. The guest can cancel free of charge until 14 days before arrival. The guest will be charged 90% of the price of the reservation if they cancel in the 14 days before arrival.
A deposit of 20% is due upon booking. The balance will be paid 14 days before arrival.
