Description

Das Ferienhaus Altstadtidyll ist ein historisches Kapitänshaus aus dem Jahr 1867 und beherbergt heute die zwei geschmackvollen Ferienwohnungen „Gartenidyll“ und „Kapitänswohnung“ und liegt zentral in der Husumer Innenstadt. Der Hafen, Marktplatz und vielfältige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie Restaurants sind in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Der Husumer Bahnhof ist in ca. 10 Gehminuten erreichbar. Die Nordsee und die Badestelle Dockkoog sind ca. 2,5 km entfernt. Die Fahrzeit zur Messe Husum & Congress beträgt ca. 10 Fahrminuten. Weitere Angaben: Fahrradabstellplatz, Nichtraucher, keine Haustiere erlaubt. Der PKW kann auf dem öffentlichen kostenfreien Parkplatz „Porrenkoog“ abgestellt werden. Dieser Parkplatz ist in ca. 5 Gehminuten erreichbar.

Das Ferienhaus Altstadtidyll erreichen Sie mit dem HusumBus - Linie 1 ab dem zentralen Busbahnhof (ZOB). Die nächste Bushaltestelle "Fischergang" ist ca. 200 m von dem Ferienhaus entfernt.

Kühlschrank nur bis 15 Grad gekühlt. Konnte mein Medikament nicht kühlen. Benötigte hierfür 2-8 Grad Temperatur. Musste meine Therapie unterbrechen.

Schöner großer Wohnraum, große Küche

Bett ist sehr niedrig, Abstand zur Wand sehr eng, Eingangsbereich unordentlich, massive Geräusche aus der oberen Wohnung (zu meinem Glück war diese nicht belegt) nur am letzten Tag kurz eine Besichtigung, dadurch konnte ich die Geräusche hören.

die Böden, besonders im Schlafzimmer knarren stark. Empfehlung: Ohrenstöpsel, dann wacht man auch nachts nicht auf.

Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und bestens ausgestattet. Steckdosen und Lichtschalter sind zudem sehr gut angebracht. Der Garten ist sehr schön.

Erdgeschoss mit kleinem Garten, Strandkorb und Essplatz. Nähe zur Innenstadt mit Hafen und zum Bahnhof. Nette einheimische Nachbarn. Einfacher check-in mit Schlüsselzugang. Eine ruhige, aber nicht unbelebte Lage. Sehr viel Platz für Kleidung und Wäsche (einfach wie zühause)

Die Hellhörigkeit des historischen Gebäudes war für uns kein Problem. 1. OG war nur 2 Tage bei unserem Aufenthalt bewohnt. Alle anderen Vorzüge der Unterkunft gleichen aber m.E. eine solche baubedingte kleine Störungaquelle vollauf wieder aus.

Sehr große, geräumige, helle Wohnung, gutes Mobiliar, sehr ruhig gelegen und trotzdem sehr zentral. Großer Balkon, Abstellmöglichkeit für Fahrräder im Hinterhof. Wir haben uns absolut wohl gefühlt, eine schöne Altstadtwohnung. Bei Fragen umgehende Reaktion, super Betreuung.

Kleinigkeiten: Etwas mehr Tagesgeschirr und etwas mehr Licht für den Wohnbereich.

Nachts und am Tage ist der Aufenthalt in der Wohnung größtenteils nicht auszuhalten, wenn die Nachbarn in der oberen Ferienwohnung auch zu Hause sind. Grund dafür ist der Fußboden, der so laut knarrt, dass Buch lesen oder Fernsehen nicht möglich ist. Toilettengang nachts über uns eine einzige Katastrophe!!!! Kaum an Schlaf zu denken.

Es ist eine sehr schöne Wohnung, die alles hat, was man braucht. Außerdem ist sie sehr zentral gelegen.Man ist in 5 Minuten am Markt und in der Stadt.

Es gibt keinen Stellplatz an der Wohnung und die Wohnung ist leider sehr hellhörig. Wenn draußen vorm Haus geredet wird, versteht man jedes Wort. Daher haben wir leider sehr unruhig geschlafen, da wir es ruhig gewöhnt sind. Aber wenn man geräuschunempfindlich ist, ist die Wohnung schön.
