The apartment is located on the ground floor of the house and has about 40 square meters. It has bedroom, bathroom and a combined living-kitchen area. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed 1,80 x 1,90 m and a wardrobe. The bathroom has shower, toilet and towel heating. The combined kitchen-living room has a kitchen area (with dish washer, stove, oven, fridge, coffee maker, etc.) and a living area with suite (an be used as a sofabed), television and hi-fi. Wi-fi is available. In the garden, a place with garden furniture can be used. Bedlinen, towels and the final cleaning are included in the price. Non-smoking, no pets allowed.

Description

The house is located in Husum-Rödemis, about 3 km away from the city centre of Husum with its market square and harbour. The station is about 1,7 km away and the Northsea is about 4 km away. Parking space and a lockable place for bikes is available. Additionally, there two bikes available for the guests. There is a garden which can be used. Washing machine and dryer could be used on request. Non-smoking, not pets allowed.

Ruhige Lage und dennoch sehr zentrumsnah. Fahrräder werden zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Die Wohnung ist sauber und mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet. Freundliche Vermieterin. Sehr harte, nicht durchgelegene Matratzen.
