Breakfast is included in the price for every night’s stay.
At many hotels, a free public transport ticket can also be booked as an extra on request. You can recognise the participating hotels by the orange-red button.
The following applies: single room price = double room price.
The maximum length of stay is 2 nights.
A maximum of 2 rooms can be booked per booking.

There are also some hosts who offer dinner as an optional extra.
Holidays with children:
On request, we will enquire with your chosen hotel about special rates for families. Family rooms can be occupied by a minimum of 1 and a maximum of 2 adults. The other guests must be under 18 years of age! Please feel free to send your enquiry to hotels@stuttgart-tourist.de! Please note that there is a processing time of at least 5 working days prior to the booking period!

Payment methods:
A credit card guarantee (VISA or MASTERCARD) is required at the time of booking. Payment for the booking is made on arrival at your accommodation. Here you have the option to pay using other payment methods.
Accommodation tax / city tax:
Please note that accommodation tax / city tax must be paid directly at the accommodation in the respective towns and is not included in the price quoted. From 1 July 2026, an accommodation tax of €3.21 (S) or €2.00 (LB) per person per night will be levied in Stuttgart and Ludwigsburg.
Cancellation policy:
You may cancel your booking no later than 3 days before arrival by 6 pm.
Cancellations can only be made by telephone or email via hotels@stuttgart-tourist.de between 9 am and 2 pm, Monday to Friday. For cancellations at weekends, please contact your booked hotel directly and also send us an email.
In the event of a no-show without prior cancellation, 90% of the total amount will be charged.
Rebookings:
It is possible to rebook to a different date at the same hotel free of charge, subject to availability.
In addition, the names of the participants can also be changed if required.
