The property is located just a 30-minute drive from the Europa-Park in Rust, 35 minutes from the Taubergießen nature reserve and 1 hour from the airport. In addition, public transport and a tennis court are within walking distance. Free parking is available on the street. Families with children are welcome. A garage for storing bicycles is available upon request. Pets, smoking and celebrating events are not allowed. The accommodation has a large bookshelf. A guest card is provided. With this card you can use public transport free of charge. Guests also receive free entry to 3 public swimming pools. After booking, please completely fill out the Holidu contact form that will be sent to you by email, including your address. This will help the host to prepare your stay in the best possible way.

Check-in and check-out regulation

Please contact the host 3 days before arrival to discuss your individual arrival time. Please fill out the Holidu contact form including the names, dates of birth and addresses of all fellow travelers. The keys are handed over personally by the host. In case of loss of keys, an amount of 60€ is due.

Differing cancellation conditions

The guest can cancel free of charge until 14 days before arrival. The guest will be charged 90% of the price of the reservation if they cancel in the 14 days before arrival.

For this purpose, the municipality of Seelbach charges guests aged 16 and over a tourist tax all year round, which is not included in the prices mentioned and is calculated separately. It is EUR 1.20 in the low and low season from November 1st to March 31st and EUR 1.70 in the high season from April 1st to October 31st. (As of: September 2021)
