Welcome to the Almhütte “Wiesenglück” and to the “First Alm in the Northern Black Forest”! The special spirit of this little corner of the world, combined with the obligatory observance of our unique tranquillity (our trademark and market niche), offers our guests the deepest relaxation imaginable. You have to experience it and if there are still insider tips in the age of the internet, then we are probably one of them ... Try it out and enjoy it - we look forward to seeing you! Our “island of peace” - as it is often affectionately called by our guests - is located around 2 km outside the village of “Glatten-Neuneck” in a forest clearing of around 8 hectares. Many cycling and hiking trails offer numerous opportunities to explore the wonderful surroundings and enjoy the northern Black Forest. If you are looking for civilization or tourist attractions in between, the towns of Dornstetten, Freudenstadt, Loßburg, Alpirsbach (known for its unique beer) or Horb am Neckar are just a short drive away. In the Almhütte “Wiesenglück” a maximum of 1 pet (dog) is allowed. Dogs must be kept on a lead on the premises and there is an additional charge on site for pets. If you are looking for accommodation where pets are generally not allowed, you can our alpine hut “Hofblick”. This is particularly suitable for people with allergies, partly due to the natural log construction.

Check-in and check-out regulation

Please contact the host 3 days before arrival to discuss your individual arrival time. The deposit of 350EUR must be paid in cash upon arrival. There is a rest period at the property: Guests must be quiet between 00:00 and 24:00. Please fill out the Holidu check-in form, which was sent to you by email, in full, including your address. In this way, you can help the host prepare your stay optimally.

Directions

Please follow the navigation instructions to the following address: Ziegelackerhof 2, 72293, Glatten. Not all navigation systems have saved the “Ziegelackerhof 2”, but some have “Ziegelacker”. If all of this doesn't work for route guidance via GPS, simply enter “Ziegelackerweg” and follow the Almruhe signs. Access via the blocked forest trail from K4756 (Wittendorf-Glatttal) is strictly prohibited! However, there is also a corresponding sign with an alternative route description.

Differing cancellation conditions

The guest can cancel free of charge until 60 days before arrival. The guest will be charged 90% of the price of the reservation if they cancel in the 60 days before arrival.

Tourist tax information

Please note that the prices do not include the local tourist tax. Should a local tourist tax be required at the place where you are staying it is payable on arrival.
