Your private outdoor area includes a garden and an open terrace. Public transport links are located within walking distance. Lienz as well as the region of South Tyrol with the UNESCO World Heritage Sites San Candido/Innichen, Dobbiaco/Toblach as well as the thermal spa Sesto/Sexten can all be reached in 20-30 minutes by car. Located in the middle of the Lienz Dolomites, the property is ideal for hiking and mountain biking in the summer. There are trails in Villgratental, as well as the longest cycle path in the Dolomites, between San Candido/Innichen and Lienz. During the winter guests can enjoy the Thurnthaler ski slopes which are 10 minutes away by car, as well as "Dolomiti Superski" which is the Alps' largest ski circuit. 3 parking spaces are available on the property.
