Die Pension Villa Bröckelstein befindet sich in einer ruhigen Lage am Waldesrand in einem idyllischen Weinanbaugebiet und bietet 2 Doppel- sowie 2 Vierbettzimmer an. Somit Platz für insgesamt 10 Personen gleichzeitig. Es stehen für alle Gäste ein Gemeinschaftswohnzimmer mit angrenzendem Frühstücksraum, einer großen Couch und ein Fernseher zur Verfügung. Weiterhin können eine Gemeinschaftsküche (vollausgestattet mit Mikrowelle, Heißluftfritteuse, Kühlschrank, Kaffeevollautomat und Spülmaschine) mit separatem Essbereich genutzt werden. Bitte beachten Sie, dass die Nutzung des Gasgrills vor Ort einer pauschalen Zusatzgebühr unterliegt. Für drei der vier Zimmer stehen Etagenbad / Etagen-WC zur gemeinsamen Nutzung zur Verfügung. Waschmaschine und Wäschetrockner können gegen Gebühr genutzt werden. Im großen Außenbereich befindet sich ein Stahlwandpool (nicht beheizt, daher von Juni bis September geöffnet), der mit einer großen Liegewiese zum Plantschen und Erholen einlädt. Haustiere können auf Anfrage mitgebracht werden (Zusatzgebühren von 15 EUR pro Tag fallen an). Auf Anfrage und nach Verfügbarkeit kann das gesamte Haus angemietet werden.
