If that's not enough, you can let the sun shine on your own spacious balcony. The sleeping area is divided into 3 separate bedrooms, 2 double and one single rooms, each with high quality mattress beds. Up to 5 separate single beds are available. On request, we can offer you a limited number of extra beds, so that the apartment is also suitable as accommodation for a smaller group. The approx. 100 m² apartment is equipped with everything that makes your stay with us as pleasant as possible, you will certainly like it.

Description
Our holiday flat is located in Ofterdingen near Mössingen, in the district of Tübingen, embedded in the beautiful Steinlach valley and surrounded by marvellous orchards and the communities of Nehren, Bodelshausen and Dußlingen. We are located in a 2 family house in an absolutely quiet location with a wonderful view of the Swabian Alb. The transport connection is ideal. From here, in addition to the short distances to the conurbations of Stuttgart, Reutlingen/ Tübingen and Balingen, you can also take beautiful tours through the beauties of the Swabian countryside. In the immediate vicinity you will find, for example, Hohenzollern Castle, a 19th century fortress with magnificent rooms and magnificent views, the university town of Tübingen with its picturesque Old Town and Neckar front, Plane alley, collegiate church, Palatine Count's castle Hohentübingen, historic market square and town hall from the 15th century, the small rock town of Haiger. But there is much more to discover, for example children who are our guests will find a large playground with lots of opportunities to play, even for a soccer match. For the older children there is also a boccia course.
Check-in and check-out regulation
The arrival can take place from 16.00 o' clock, the apartment should be vacated on the day of departure. by 10:00 a. m. The key can be obtained directly from us on site from the Schreyer family.
Differing cancellation conditions
The guest can cancel free of charge until 60 days before arrival. The guest will be charged 90% of the price of the reservation if they cancel in the 60 days before arrival.
Tourist tax information
The quoted prices do not include tourist tax, as this is not charged by the municipality at the moment.
Important payment information and other conditions
The guest will be charged a prepayment of 90% of the total price of the reservation at any time. Please note that the prices do not include the visitors' tax. This is payable separately on arrival.
