Description

The non-smoking apartment with 90 square meters has 2 separate bedrooms - both with double bed. The living room is furnished with a cozy couch and offers access to one of the two terraces (one covered). The second terrace is accessible via one of the bedrooms. The separate kitchen is fully equipped. The WC is separate. The bathroom has a shower, a bathtub and a washer-dryer. The accommodation is not accessible without steps. Only about 2 minutes from the lakeshore, our guests can spend a relaxing vacation in a central location. The 90sqm first floor apartment with two terraces offers space for up to 4 people and is quiet despite its central location. A parking space is available in the underground garage, which is also suitable for bicycles (lockable). Whether you are traveling alone, as a couple or as a family, sights as well as restaurants, bakeries, pharmacies, shops, supermarkets, train station are in the immediate vicinity, within easy walking distance. Pets are not allowed.
