Description
Die Campingoase Wahlhausen liegt eingebettet im schönen Werratal, direkt am gleichnamigen Fluss an der thüringisch-hessischen (ehemalig deutsch/deutsche) Grenze. Der Kurort Bad Sooden-Allendorf liegt nur wenige Kilometer entfernt und bietet zusätzlich zu den Radfahr- & Wandermöglichkeiten im Werratal Naherholung, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Kultur und vieles mehr. Die direkte Lage des Campingplatzes an der Werra lädt zu einer Kanufahrt durch das Tal ein. Ebenso führt einer der beliebtesten Fernfahrradwege Deutschlands, der Werra-Radweg, direkt bei uns vorbei. Der Campingplatz bietet Platz für Zelte, Wohnmobile und Dauercamper. Neben den sanitären Anlagen und den Waschräumen finden Sie in der Campingoase Wahlhausen ein Restaurant mit warmen Speisen.
